Free Cooking Demos for Diabetes Patients, Visitors, and Staff

This cooking class is composed of demonstrations intended for diabetes patients, families, friends, visitors and staff.

During this cooking class, attendees will watch a demo where foods will be prepared with natural ingredients that are within the American Diabetes Association’s recommended carbohydrate allowance. These recipes add ingredients where there is yogurt used instead of butter and oil, stevia-based sweeteners substituted for sugar, and many more tips you can take home to start to eat better for your health.
